GENERAL
This delightful detached villa is situated in a residential area, with its own private swimming pool (10x4m) and garden. Only three minutes drive away is the lovely resort of Javea, with its sandy beach, shops, restaurants, many sporting and recreational facilities, water sports, golf, tennis, bowls, horse-riding etc. The surrounding areas of Javea have beautiful picturesque bays and mountain scenery. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are approx one hour by motorway.

THE ACCOMMODATION
Comprises of an attractive, spacious lounge with a colour TV with cable. There are many English channels; also other European channels. CD/Tape player and wireless broadband internet connection. There is a separate dining room furnished on the Spanish style.

BEDROOMS
One double bedroom with en-suite shower/bathroom, bidet, wc. Two twin bedded rooms. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobe cupboards. A cot is available. Separate shower/bathroom, bidet, wc. Linen and towels are provided. Just bring your own beach towels.

KITCHEN
Fully-fitted modern kitchen with gas hob and electric oven with grill. Microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron, automatic washing machine and automatic dishwasher.

SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN
The garden is enclosed and gated. The pool is 10x4 metres with roman steps to enable you to easily walk down into the pool. There is garden furniture and sun-loungers. The swimming pool and garden are maintained by the friends of the owners who live locally.

WORTH NOTING
The villa is on level ground with two steps to the front entrance door, and one step at the rear door. There is a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden for outside dining. There is a barbecue, dining furniture and lighting. The villa has a very efficient wood burning fitted fire and also electric radiators for winter rental. There is shaded parking for two cars. Car hire can be arranged.

REFURBISHMENTS AND NEW FEATURES FOR 2008
All windows have been replaced with new double glazed units with blinds and mosquito nets, most of which are tilt & turn.

The swimming pool is now heated by solar panels and a thermal cover, extending the swimming season by several months.

Solid automatic gates, which give greater security and privacy to the property.

Newly built outside kitchen/dining/entertainment area close to the barbeque (sometimes known in Spain as a “Chokko”), which also has an outside shower.

More storage for chairs, sun beds etc in the old plant room has given more space in the dining room.
