GENERAL
This pretty villa is situated in the residential area of Costa Nova, Javea. It has its own private 8x4 metre swimming pool with roman steps for access. The villa is set in a delightful garden which is fenced and gated. It is all on level ground. Three minutes drive from the villa is the lovely resort of Javea, with its sandy beach - ideal for families - shops, restaurants and many sports facilities. The surrounding areas of Javea have beautiful, picturesque beaches, bays and mountain scenery. The airports of Alicante and Valencia are approx. one hours drive via motorway. The villa is situated opposite the Villa CollVerde (also on this website).

THE ACCOMMODATION
Comprises of a pretty lounge with dining area. A glazed naya with direct access to the pool area. There is cable television with many uk channels.

BEDROOMS
There are three double bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, wash hand basin, toilet and bidet. A second family bathroom with bath/shower, wash hand basin and toilet. Fans are available. Linen and towels are provided. A travel cot is available.

KITCHEN
The fitted modern kitchen has an electric hob, electric oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer. There is an automatic washing machine in the outside utility area.

SWIMMING POOL AND GARDEN
The garden is enclosed and gated, there is a lawned area, shrubs, trees and a paved terrace around the swimming pool area. There is a BBQ area; sun loungers and garden furniture are provided. The area is not overlooked. The swimming pool is 8x4 metres with roman steps for access. The whole area is on level ground. There is parking for two cars.
